Please note: We only repair products that have been purchased from ASAP Blinds. All treatments sold by ASAP Blinds are covered under each Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Warranties will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and product to product. Limitations may apply. Please see below for links to our Manufacturers' websites.

All Warranties will be voided if window treatments are removed and/or reinstalled by personnel other than an ASAP Blinds employee. Should you find yourself in need of this service, please contact our office several weeks in advance to schedule an appointment. All fees will apply.

As of May 2023, The Child Sarty Council passed an Act that prohibits the offering/selling of window treatments with cords that may pose a strangulation hazard to children. As a result, we can no longer repair or replace window treatments that are cord operated. It is suggested that they be replaced with a cordless solution.

*We cannot repair window treatments that are over ten (10) years old.*

Service Call Fee:

Includes Travel, ASAP picks up and reinstalls shade. If repaired onsite same service call fee applies plus repair charges & parts.

ASAP Customer Service Call Fee: $125.00
Motorization & Troubleshooting: $150 first hour, $75 each add'l hour
High Ladder Charge: $95.00 additional (2 people)

Repair Charges for Fabricator Repairs

ASAP Client under 1 year – No Charge
ASAP Client 1-3 years – $125.00 service call
ASAP Client 3+ years - $125.00 service call plus fabricator repair charge and shipping both ways
Shipping & handling - $35.00 each way estimated. Oversized will need to call for pricing.

Repair Charges for Installer On-Site Repairs

Restring - $95.00 average plus service call
Valance Clips – Visit Blindparts.com
Brackets - Miscellaneous $15.00 each plus service call
Louver replacement - $40 each louver plus service call and S&H fees
Removal/Reinstallation - $20 per blind plus service call ($50 per shutter panel)

*NO EXCEPTIONS: No repairs done on treatments 10 years old or older.*
